Rather than signing up for a course or examination that does not fit in
your schedule, you have the opportunity to study at your convenience,
familiarize yourself with the content, and then complete
the examination when you are ready.
You may then opt to purchase the entire course,
including articles and course examination, to obtain continuing education
hours. You will be allowed to take the course examination as many times
as you need in order to pass, without repurchasing the course.
Various state counselor law and rules are available for free review and download;
You should become familiar with the law and rules before purchasing
the associated state examination. You will be allowed to take the
examination as many times as you need in order to pass, without repurchasing
the examination. After passing the examination you will be able to print a
certificate of completion.
As you see in the sample table below, i-counseling
lists the number of hours of continuing education credit for each program.
You do not receive these hours of continuing education unless
you purchase and pass the associated examination.
i-counseling wants you to know which examinations you
have not purchased, have purchased but not taken, and have passed
successfully. As you see in the sample table above,
- Any program with the
button next to it has not had payment received.
- Any program with the
button next to it has been purchased but not yet passed. This
does include examinations that you have taken and not yet passed
successfully.
- Any program with the
button next to it has been passed successfully and is enabled
for easy Certificate of Completion printing for your convenience in reporting
to NBCC, your state board, or other credentialing body.
All purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
You may not receive a refund nor transfer your payment to another
program or individual. There are no guarantees of continuing education
hours or passing of any program examination.
